| Milner Pilates
Pilates is a precise exercise
system developed over 80 years ago by Joseph Pilates. The essence
of Pilates is to strengthen the core, lengthen muscles and find
and maintain correct body alignment. Milner Pilates engages both
the mind and body in a series of controlled movements
concentrating on strength, flexibility and muscular balance.

BIO: With
a Masters degree in Interdisciplinary Studies -Dance, drama and
music, Brenda Milner Cornelius has more than 20 years of
movement and teaching experience. Wanting to enrich her vocabulary
for movement Brenda discovered Pilates and underwent an extensive
2 year, 600 hr. certification program studying the nationally
renowned Pilatesystem®.
MISSION STATEMENT: Our mission at Milner Pilates
Studio is to intelligently teach Pilates as an integrated
movement system linked with purpose and passion. We
correct and condition the body, mind and spirit through
Pilates movement, honoring the tradition and the evolution of
the Pilates method. Participants walk away with a
greater awareness of their body and a sense of how to begin
and maintain the change for a healthier life. Health and
well being is a personal choice, at Milner Pilates we help
make that personal choice easy, fun and satisfying!

Mat class pricing
• $75 a month 2/weekly
• $40 a month 1/weekly
• $18 per single class
Equipment Work
Personal training on Pilates
equipment available by appointment for all levels and adult
ages.
• $73 for non members for 1 hr.
• $65 for members for 1 hr.
• $45 each for semi private
