Group Exercise

Group exercise classes are a great way to stay in shape and break the routine of your everyday workout. Ridge Pointe Athletic Club offers a wide variety of classes and class times to fit your schedule and fitness level.

Classes are offered in the following categories:

  • Spin - A fun cardio workout on a stationary bike. For all fitness levels.

  • Power Hour - Come prepared for a high intensity workout which can include any combination of the classes listed.  For all fitness levels.

  • Step Interval - Basic bench moves combined with sculpting.  For all levels.

  • PIYO - A blend of pilates and yoga. All levels.

  • CARDIO BLAST - A combination of strength training, cardio drills, and core workout techniques.  For all fitness levels.

  • YOGA - A blend of your favorite traditional & new techniques of yoga.  For all levels.

  • POWER SCULPT - Work every muscle group in this complete all sculpt workout.  For all fitness levels.
