way to stay in shape and break the routine of your everyday
workout. Ridge Pointe Athletic Club offer a wide variety of
classes and class times to fit your schedule and fitness level.

Classes are offered in the following categories:

Spin - A fun cardio workout on a
stationary bike. For all fitness levels.

Power Hour - Come prepared for a
high intensity workout which can include any combination of
the classes listed. For all fitness levels.

Pump it Up & Pump it Up PLUS -
Come sculpt your body with weights, bands and core
movements. PLUS adds intervals of CARDIO! For
all fitness levels.

H. E. A. T. - High Energy
Athletic Training . . . Prepare to sweat in this all cardio
drill class.

Step Interval - Basic bench
moves combined with sculpting. For all levels.

PiYo - A blend of
pilates and
yoga. All levels.
-
20/20/20 - A blend of either
step, interval, spin, bootcamp and sculpt. Come prepared to
sweat.
-
TKB - Turbo Kick Box. Come Jump,
Kick, and punch your way to a leaner body with this KickBox
inspired class.
