Group exercise classes are a great
way to stay in shape and break the routine of your everyday
workout. Ridge Pointe Athletic Club offers a wide variety of
classes and class times to fit your schedule and fitness level.
Classes are offered in the following categories:

Spin - A fun cardio workout on a
stationary bike. For all fitness levels.

Power Hour - Come prepared for a
high intensity workout which can include any combination of
the classes listed. For all fitness levels.

Step Interval - Basic bench
moves combined with sculpting. For all levels.

PIYO - A blend of
pilates and
yoga. All levels.

CARDIO BLAST - A
combination of strength training, cardio drills, and core
workout techniques. For all fitness levels.

YOGA - A blend of your
favorite traditional & new techniques of yoga. For all
levels.

POWER SCULPT - Work every
muscle group in this complete all sculpt workout. For
all fitness levels.
